We can't wait to switch banks on Tuesday, every thing we try to do with this bank is always an issue. Even down to the ATM machine either not working,says it gives you the money and it doesn't or it eats your card and you have to go in anys. Call branch manager is busy they tell my husband she will call him back we still haven't heard from her. Customer service is poor. Very disappointed with All In Credit Union

I had an issue with depositing a check, the ladies listened to my concerned and got the issue fixed promptly. By far the best bank to bank with in our small community. Thank you Kim M & Jamie B

Go elsewhere. Not your traditional bank. Would not cash a small two party check despite my account with them holding many thousands more in deposits. I was even ok with a hold being put on the deposit too until it cleared. SMH. Nice ladies in the office.

All In credit union, including their dispute dept, refused to accept my dispute placed with them since June 26, 2023. They sent me a letter stating they would investigate and if further information was needed, I would be contacted. For 4 to 5 months, despite my calling them, they ignored me. I was at their credit union weekly conducting transactions on my account. They smiled, and were friendly, but never mentioned my dispute or any resolution. I kept calling their dispute department over and over. The dispute personnel told me they had notified All In months earlier to proceed in adjusting the cash advance from my Mastercard due to me being the victim of a scam. The dispute dept stated that the refund process must be handled by all in credit union. I felt that the credit union acted unprofessional and refused to assist me in rectifying this matter, even though I knew they could have. They never even responded to my dispute until I forced them to. I had been with them over 2 years without incident and a good customer. So close down, leave town, or go bankrupt, I will never use this bank again. If anyone ask me about a good credit union, you won't come to mind.
