Not so good communication. No good morning. They see you at the drive thru window. Don't acknowledge you. Not saying they arent descent ppl. Jus need to have better vibes.

Went to cash an insurance check of which they charged me 10%...the process took 3 hours. Then they said they don't have enough cash, they could only pay 1500 in cash and the rest in money orders of which I could come back today and cash.
Went in there today to cash a money order and they proceeded to tell me they don't have enough money to even cash a single thousand-dollar money order. Absolutely absurd
****UPDATE****
Just tried to cash one of the money orders at another institution and it got rejected because easy money has it locked into their system and they can't even cash the money order

Doesn't deserve one star. I went in the drive thru waited 7 minutes plus while the person who works the drive thru stood there whole time. Finally she speaks Doesn't apologize for my wait then tells me I have to go inside because they do not take card in the drive thru. I Finally get inside the store she clearly sees me but asks the next customer if they need help instead when they walked in After me. It took a whole 35 minutes for me to get a 5$ money order. Go to Walmart go anywhere else but here

They very unprofessional don’t say anything just take your money have you waiting 15 mins just for a money order. Never came back to the window and when she did it was rude dry and I could of went else where he more professional say can I give you a moment etc instead of counting down your register and not saying nothing

Definitely should BE NEGATIVE ONE star. I called to ask how much is a money order and was told that the staff is "not allowed to give rates over the phone".... I don't care if I have to pay $5, I'll happily go somewhere else to purchase a money order the few times each year that I need one.

Tekia gave a great experience. My son had to cash a check who’s a minor and they deal a great job handling his first experience with a check. I give this location 10 stars

Ke’Amber and C.J customer service was everything they helped me get in and out the door. They also was very polite and they was patient, they were awesome I will be coming back this store deserve a 5 star rating
