staff generally nice but overall service is not good. banks need to have 24/7 service as again i was not able to access my money over a holiday weekend and no help until Tuesday and on hold 15 minutes or more no number to call for your local branch and everything is not under something automated. true customer service begins with people talking to people and you just dont have that anymore. credit cards have 24/7 service and i think my bank should as well - emergencies and problems occur and you have no service and during business hours you waste tons of time sitting on hold to be told im sorry i cant help with that! very frustrating.

We were expressing the need for an auto loan from my bank that I've been with for over 4 years and loved it until today. I was denied at first for an auto loan and called back with a co-signor and was given the run around and told I couldn't use a co-signor so I asked why not and was transfered to a manager who was rude and wouldn't answer any questions as to why I couldn't use a co-signor .... To my knowledge of ever getting a car loan I've never heard that a person couldn't use a co-signor to improve the chance to get a loan. I am no longer banking with this bank and have taken my money else where

They are nice in the store but if you don't live in the town just bank somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. They quite literally will not answer a call that doesn't make them money. If you have an issue with something talking to a wall would get you way further and would probably be more enjoyable. They might as well just not have a phone number. It would be easier to place a dine in order at a taco stand in the Himalayas where they had to use sherpas to carry the table, chairs, and stand up a mountain just for you. Honestly it would probably be easier to get Putin to say he's a little b*&ch on public television and declare his love for you personally. I think I'll try to bank with the bankrupt version of Wells Fargo, but not the current one the one from like the early 1900s where if I have an issue I can send a telegram or a poney express worker. They'd probably get back to me sooner to.

I opened my account at five star in 2016 after moving back to Eufaula Alabama. It was recommended to me by a close friend who along with himself his whole family are long time members. From the moment I stepped in the Eufaula Alabama branch the first thing I noticed was the branch was very clean and well organized. The next thing I noticed was that all of the employees were very professional and worked as a team with the common goal service to each and every customer. I even noticed that when there was no one at the drive thru the employees came in the main area to help the other tellers My wait was less than three minutes before I was ushered into an office where I was thoroughly enjoyed the process and very well educated on all of my options. Every time since I have opened my account I have never been dissatisfied with my service. I have used the online banking, drive thru, night deposit, automated system, phone service to branch to speak with someone, going into branch to dispute resolution and when my account was in negative due to a double charging from another source. They printed off copies of my account. They also introduced me to a repayment over draft plan. They also completely refunded over draft fees and double charges with no hassle. And they also referred me to the dispute resolution office for some things they couldn't do they also referred me to main branch for further assistance. They have also have informed me of certain privileges that comes with membership. That I would have never been aware of if they hadn't taken the time to show me.
