I've taken two loans out from them. They are a consumer credit agency, so they cater to people who can't get loans from traditional sources such as a bank. However, i have excellent credit and they do offer loans with no interest. Ive always made my payments on time and have had no problems.

I got behind by 4 months(my fault losing my 2nd job), started coming in and paying $180/month(regular payment $140) for 3 months in a row and $250 last month. Despite me making a "payment" before it was due it didn't count for that month, they'd charge me a late fee(from $140 to $167), with interest for that added on. These people despite me telling them repeatedly to call after lunch(I work 4pm to midnight), would always call and wake me up at 8-9 in the morning. TL;DR I feel they have extremely predatory practices despite my best efforts to catch up.

Does not give full truth in lending and when I spoke to the manager to tell him that his representative told my husband incorrect information, he wanted to blame it on my husband. Last time I checked a good business would say that he would talk to his representative and make sure this wouldn't happen again. Instead I was told that he trained his guy so he knows that was not said. Was he there? Nope!

They are very rude just called asked to speak with the manager and the girl whomever she is was very rude. They don't accurate info. If I was working there everyone would go back to training. Customer service means customer satisfaction so that means the customer should feel comfortable about doing business with this company. But that's not the case with this company.

Does not give ANY information on why a loan was denied. Called the office and once the loan is denied they have no information to give or advice to offer me.

I started getting checks from them but I never trusted, until one of my customers introduced me with Joshua Southward the manager and explained to me all about it. He is always smiling 😁 and always with a great attitude. Since then, I've been using always their checks, seems like they know when I need them. It's been a great experience!
