Until today I would've given 5 stars but I've used them for several years, never been late, and today I called about a second small loan(which they just offered me 3 months ago when I was in their office paying my loan). I was told that it's not possible and I'm unable to refinance because it's a state law, lol. Their web page says the complete opposite. The ladies are awesome.
