Lacy at the Hamilton location is by far the nicest, most professional lady I have spoken to when calling to pay my bill. I work night shift so by the time I get up to call most people are grumpy but not Lacy she is always so nice and understanding she's part of the reason I continue to do business with this location.

Recently, while considering loan options, I had the chance to speak with Lacy at the Hamilton, AL office. I must say I was impressed with her efficiency during the process, and she was genuinely pleasant to speak with!
