Recently financed a car through this company. The representatives working at this location are extremely rude. Upon getting the loan in person the woman helping us was short and snappy when we were trying to get all of the information correct. This was two months ago. Today I called to remove the automatic payment process from my account and Sable just acted so nasty. She kept repeating herself in a tone of voice that made me feel unvalued as a customer and like I was inconveniencing her. I would like to reach out to management but from these two experiences i just feel like they wouldn't care either.

Awesome staff and very helpful on processing my loan. It's been 6 months so far and not a problem with this company and staff. Will recommend Lendmark to anyone.

Sooooo,I had mixed feelings about posting this, but then, I felt unvalued, to say the least! This post is about Lenmark financial and their services.
I've had a loan with them for 20 months now. My credit now, is about the same, and possibly better than it was when I got the first loan. A $3500 loan. After financing, my total about was$5000.i might, and stress might.... Have been late twice..
For the last year, they call me every month or so, with the claims of, LOOKING TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME..I usually pay over my due amount and need no help.
I'm wanting another loan, this time for$4000 but some how or another, the total price is going to be right at$8000. That's a$3000 difference from the first loan, THAT I'M IN GOOD STANDINGS WITH!
SSOOOO,I ASK WHY THE DRASTIC DIFFERENCE AND WHY I CAN'T GET THE RATE I GOT WITH THE FIRST LOAN....
I'M TOLD, THAT MY FIRST PURCHASE WAS THROUGH A DEALER THAT THEY DO BUSINESS WITH. WHICH GOT ME A BETTER RATE!

Absolutely fabulous. Brooke and the whole staff were very friendly. They even adored my child while we were there. They were very patient with me as I was very overwhelmed and anxious with everything going on.
