When I went to make my payment in August, the employee handling the transaction did not tell me it had already been deducted from my bank account. She accepted my cash payment. She did not offer me a receipt, and I didn’t think to ask for one because I had never had a problem before. When I got my bank statement at the end of the month I saw where my payment had also been deducted from my account. I went in to complain and was told that since I had no proof of my cash payment that the employee took from me that nothing could be done. I was told that on the day in question there was no overage…everything balanced. There was no overage because that employee DID NOT POST MY CASH PAYMENT. She stole $235 from me.

This company alone with every other payday loan and title loan company in Alabama are predatory lenders. Interest rates are ridiculously high, employees are nice until they get you trapped in a loan (Loan Sharks), if you’re looking for help getting out of any kind of loans Alabama Legislators (approved for there campaigns funding) have allowed to be bestowed upon their already struggling citizens please contact the Southern Poverty Law Center. I would suggest contacting companies that allow installment loans (World Finance, Security Finance, or even your own bank).
