I called the Pennington office this morning with questions about an issue needing someone to explain things to me. I was transferred to book keeping and the lady was very rude and impatient with me. After telling her it was obvious she lacked the necessary patience and courtesy to help me, I let her go. I then called Butler office and spoke with Mattie! I have to say I could not have been treated any more respectful.
She was patient as she allowed me to explain my situation and she respectfully answered all my questions and cleared up my confusion!
