As a former customer and I know these ladies from working in the same area I can tell you that they treat all of their customers with curtosy and professionalism. They always have a very good attitude towards their customers. They know all their customers on a first name basis and make everyone feel like family

Advance America Prattville location was very helpful to me. Kelsi was very nice and professional. Things she wasn't sure about her manager Michelle was a phone call away. I will recommend them everyday.

I highly recommend this location for great service and communication!! The 2 ladies that work in this office are exceptional at explaining the process and working to help their customers understand the full process. If you need some quick cash for whatever reason definitely come see these ladies!!!

My experience here was AMAZINGGGGGG . Everyone was so helpful especially the girl I spoke with on the phone before my appt . Her name was Kelsey I believe . She was super polite and when I came in she was very helpful as well . We’ll be recommending to my family and friends and returning soon . :)
