The first time was great several times after that was great however here recently hasn’t been so great. One teller by the name of Casey is so rude and disrespectful. She claims she is just joking by the comments that she makes and says that she jokes with all her customers like that. I can tell the difference between a joke and not a joke and I know I’m not the only one that can. I don’t go to the bank for joking purposes. But she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills and her attitude. But other then that everything is fine and dandy. I will still be using that branch no matter what. I gave a 5 star rating because everyone else is nice and I won’t let her mess up the rating I give all together.

I've been a member since around 2007, I have had several loans on cars and even a couple trailers that I paid back early.
For some reason I had to go through another credit union to get a better interest rate on a car. Then I got put through a ringer trying to get a loan and I went through lightstream got the money within an hour with no collateral.
I feel like all in is discriminating against me because I am not in the military or they are just greedy . Anyway my loyalty and my history have no value here.
Nice people but you aren't getting the best deals. .

I want to also say this...
I should have my house and my wife's car financed through credit union, I am the customer that pays his bills. There is only one reason I should ever have to go somewhere else to finance anything and that's all in doesn't want my business unless they can gauge me.
Hope someone looks at my history and realizes they are losing my business to other banks. For no reason. I want to bank with one Bank not have to go through others.

I just came to the drive-thru in Troy and Elizabeth acted as if I was on HER time!!! I waited at least 5mins for them to get done with their conversation!!! Her reason for why she didn't greet or ask me what I needed was that I had to send the thingy up for her to be able to speak with me , but what's the purpose of the camera??? Lie lie lie!!! So I left without depositing my money and that was the purpose of coming to the bank!!!! If I choose to give you my business I demand to be treated with respect!!!!

I have been dealing with this same bank in the same town going on 20 years! Not one time had anyone ever been ride or been out of line! If anything I have seen so many people coming in there and being so mean and nasty to each one of those tellers it makes me so angry! I have children as well using this same bank! We love them!! Great job y'all!

Highly recommend this branch, I would like to also recommend Janie Hall the assistant branch manager she was extremely professional, kind and helpful towards me and my family at a time when we needed it the most. All of the other staff who are also employed here are great as well.
