Every first community bank I've been in EXCEPT the one in Harrison in batesville have been very kind and eager to help me solve any problems. I hardly ever get connected to someone with a good or helpful attitude on Harrison.

I worked with a Johnny H over the phone and he has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at ANY bank. This young man deserves a raise or promotion. Those type of skills should be recognized!!! They definitely stood out to me.

I have been with this bank for years and I have always had a pleasant experience with them. However, that all changed this week. Saturday I became a victim of fraud on Zelle through the FCB mobile app. It was my first time using Zelle through my bank so I wasn't sure what to expect. After creating the account, I received emails from Zelle asking me to add cash to my account in order to receive the funds someone was trying to send me. It requested that I add 200 to activate my account, I did. Then nothing happened, it didn't transfer from bank yet. Then I get another email asking to send 300 instead the 200 didn't work, I did. Both transactions were pulled out of my bank and never seen again. The email pretending to be Zelle was a scammer. The next day I did everything I could to find help, no help. That Monday I went to the bank to see what help they could offer, they offered no help. They said it was my fault and I should never use Zelle again. I asked why they would offer Zelle to their customers if they know its high use for scam and fraud and then offer no help to their loyal bank users when they become a victim, I got no answer. I had 500.00 taken from me, FCB turned their back on their customers when they need them most. Beware. I will be withdrawing my money from the bank and submitting this review to every social possible to make sure everyone knows what to expect when you use First Community Bank.

Both me and my husband use this bank but after yesterday we are highly considering switching. Is it too much trouble to lower your flags for 9/11? Not only did this location not bother to honor those who lost their lives on this tragic day but Searcy locations didn't either. Do better please.

A lady named Kristen Goings assisted us today, and not in a good way. She was extremely rude to us and so unprofessional. We will most definitely be moving our business to Citizens, after banking with First Community for over 10 years.
