Had two transactions pending for 2 days they said it would be processed a couple days ago and still not processed to distribute the charges that don't even need to be distributed the order was canceled both times I shouldn't have to wait 7 to 10 days to get that money back. I'll be looking into changing banks soon because I can't get solid answers from this one

For 20 years now I've been banking have had a couple different banking institutions that I've used. I will have to say when I was a arvest customer that they sold some stock for me at almost a quarter of a share of the profit that was to be made and then two weeks later stated that there was some mix-up and I need to pay all the money back now I will say this at the end of business day 445 I had met double knitting do you have some papers notarized they're coming from near Kansas City as I came come from South of Fort Smith, figured this bank would be a good place to stop to get this paper notarized and we was actually declined from this bank to have a paper notarized since we didn't have a account with them. now I understand as a notary of the public it's your option to be of service to somebody but you're not service to the community if you deny doing that. for 20 years there's been multiple different bank that I went to from time to time and got them to notarize piece of paper and and if you want an account holder you pay the simplified dollars or something if they even charged you.
I felt like the attitude was the same as what I felt 50/50 when I lived in Bella Vista myself was either a landowner or a nobody. Bravo and props claps all around good job Bella Vista business.

I needed to open my daughter an account so I went to my bank next door and they treated me like I had 2 heads! They gave some paperwork and brochure without explaining anything and rushed me off. I decided to try Arvest and I am glad that I did. They were so nice there and eager to help pick the best account for a teenager. Earle helped me every step of the way, never rushing me and very helpful and kind. The customer service is far superior to their competitors! Thank you, Earle for a great experience in setting up my daughters first account! I will now be switching all of MY accounts to Arvest.

Update: After posting this a "higher up" not located at this branch contacted me. She was incredibly understanding, professional and kind. While I stand with my rating of this location I feel it's important to update that I don't think this location is a good representation of Arvest as a whole after my phone call today and thinking about previous experiences at other locations I've had. I will still look to find a different location but I plan to give Arvest another chance as a whole.
I've been with Arvest for 20 years and the only reason I'm still there is because I haven't found time to switch yet. There are many problems but this branch is the worst! I spent over an hour there, over a year ago, signing documents on my accounts to change some things. Six months or so after that it was somehow discovered that I needed to sign them again because they didn't scan properly or something. When I went back I discovered all kinds of wrong things such as my husband's name being spelled incorrectly. Another hour and it was all finally fixed. Saturday, out of the blue, I received a document in the mail that just had a sticky note that said "sign here." My husband, son and mine's SS numbers were on this document. There wasn't a cover letter or explanation. And, my husband's name was spelled wrong! I called but had to leave a message. On the 3rd business day with no call back I again called them. I explained everything I just said here and the woman told me that she'll look thru the stack of papers to try and find the correct paper I signed! What?! My signed paper is laying in a stack somewhere MONTHS after the fact? I really need to find time to choose another bank. I do not recommend this location at all! I hate giving poor reviews publicly to a place I will probably have to deal with again but I feel like it's my duty. There are other branches, I suggest trying one of them.

Super slow, complicated and rude.
Something unnecessary and unfortunate always happens at every visit.

I came to get some small bills for a yard sale and Earle looked at me like I was nuts and treated me like a fool, he insisted that I fill out my own deposit slip (which I understand but the clerk has always offered to do it in the past) Earle didn't approve of how I did it, made fun of me and asked if all I needed was a 1 dollar bill, I don't think he saw the other 00.00 at the end, and thats ok, but no need to be rude.
All that said, I've never had a quick, easy or good experience at this location :(
