Friendly service, got my account up and running again after moving back, and no waiting. A very positive experience. I take one star off because the atm is always down. It's an issue they are aware of and corporate won't do anything about it.

Usually have a great experience however i recently deposited loose change into my account which has to be sent away to be counted which im ok with but 11 days later still no deposit into my account The reason i cashed it in was to use it. Now since i cant use it to pay a bill ill have a late fee. Bet if i owed them for 9 days id have a fee if i could leave 0 stars i would i will be moving my account as soon as i can

When you give this bank 1000 dollars to keep and want a loan for a year to build credit of young lady just finished college to establish credit. Makes no sense at all! I’d give them a zero if I could and have done business for years with them! Not no more, I’ll find someone to help her. this what you call WHITE PRIVLAGE in America? See ya Regions!

People are friendly but, that's about where it ends. The drive up ATM is out of service more then it is in. Have had card issues with payments processing. They desperately need another ATM in town....

I am only giving 2 stars because lately since a lot of their workers have left...you wait in line forever just to get service.

This branch will place a hold on your deposit with no notice. Then they will tell you they can’t lift the hold (even when corporate lets you know the branch manager can release the hold) when you call to request the hold lifted (you have to ask for a branch manager) they will hang up on you.

It has gotten much better. It has a lot of change over in the past with lots of new employees. Now they are experienced all is running much much better.
