It’s 5:30 in the morning waiting for them to open bc somehow when I cashed my check which I have to have my bank card n id to cash n put $500 on my account well 4 days later when I’m trying to pay my car payment I look n it never went in it went to someone else’s account tell me how u mess up when I have to give you my id n my bank card

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend using this branch or Arvest in general unless you want to be mislead. I called three times to discuss a personal loan and what I would be using it for. Three out of three times I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. After they pulled my score and I submitted my app they changed their mind and said they couldn’t do personal loans on the item I planned to use it for. Lack of training at Arvest and lack of accountability. I will never do business here and will recommend my family friends and customers to bank somewhere else.

Arvest is my favorite bank to bank with! I used to bank with FNBC. Then Centennial. But Arvest is so much easier, and their so well mannered compared to Centennial. I have been banking with Arvest since 2018 and I have zero complaints so far!

Customer Service inside this location is awesome and I actually enjoyed baking with Arvest UNTIL TODAY!!!! My deposit showed as a negative due to a BANK ERROR and all the representative could do was explain the different ways that she couldn't help me. Now, funds that I NEEDED today, won't be available and when I asked to speak with a manager or anyone over her she told me that they were all in a meeting and proceeded to place me on another long hold that I ended because at that point, I was livid!! No progress could be made. But this will be the last day Arvest holds my money for this reason. I'm not a wealthy customer and I definitely don't feel like a valued one.

We have been an arvest customer for at least 10 years. We made the switch because of the convenient hours and lower fees. Since the banking hours have been reduced its really inconvenient to get by any branch to do anything. I waited 10 minutes for the bank to open at 8am this morning only to find out they open at 9am. This is not what I would expect out of a branch that used to operate for its customers.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. To cash a check that was written to me by a current Arvest account holder I was told I would be charged a fee, after I had just waited in line for half an hour because Arvest had only one teller. Ridiculous. I wound up opening an account just to close it in order to avoid a penalty incurred for cashing a check from Arvest at Arvest. Manager was argumentative and refused to make it make sense.
