I inherited my account at this bank when I purchased a local business. My first deposit was shorted $20. I notified the bank of their error and they claimed that the money "might have gotten lost in the ATM" and that a technician would be by in about 2 weeks to look. Of course, the tech found nothing. Fast forward, the online system periodically shuts you out, forcing me to call the bank and re-set passwords. Had to do this more than 10 times. And finally, I sold the business, closed down the account, went to the bank and received a cashiers check for my account balance. Then, 3 days later the bank calls me and says that they made a mistake and there was a $15.50 cent charge that had not processed. And they want me to come pay them this $15.50. I told them they could take it out of the $20 they had stolen from me a few years back. Then, they called and harrassed another former owner who had moved on long ago for this $15.50. Since when are FORMER account holders responsible for bank errors? This has really pissed me off. Normally I don't leave bad reviews, but this has crossed the line IMO.
