Needing banking services at a bank not your own is sometimes a daunting experience but I discovered the exception at Arvest Bank. Though I entered a complete stranger, Parker treated me with such friendliness and respect, I felt like one of their largest depositors! I will be happy to visit this bank again and wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Worst bank ever and im not the only person in mu family thats had trouble with them. They shut my checking account down without notifying me with a letter. Then my check got put on my overdrawn account after i was told they couldnt do that and that they were going to send it back to my job. Bunch of liars and theifs!

Don’t ever call corporate for anything, and don’t expect the drive thru to be much better. My husband’s debit card was hacked and whoever hacked it spent every dime in his account. The corporate number he called for help, the lady accused him of giving someone in a different state his account information and that he wasn’t hacked. Drive thru wasn’t much better.

I’m over 50, I’ve lived in a lot of places, I’ve owned businesses and sold them. I’ve worked with probably 10 banks in my life and a few credit unions as well. I’ve never had such a great relationship with a bank as I’ve had with this one. My personal bankers name is Cassie Bowers and she’s a real gem, always friendly always helpful. I have had my college aged daughter open an account here as well there very helpful with me getting money into her account when life happens to a college kid, and she needs money now from dear old dad. The drive thru seems to really hustle people thru too, I like that cause waiting in line is one of my least favorite things too do.

I have banked with Arvest for years and also have a mortgage thru them. After I talked with them today any didnt get anywhere with the mortgage dept besides the most unprofessional conversations I have ever had very unprofessional I will be changing banks in the next few weeks

I have now bounced around with three banks to help with managing my business. I have found that Arvest is the right bank for me. The team is extremely helpful, and they have the systems in place to effectively help with all of my needs.
