I have two other business accounts and banking accounts at other banks this has to be the worst bank I’ve ever been too have some of the least intelligent people I’ve ever met working in a bank Avoid it at all cost it’s not worth it

Called today to be sure they were open. Representative said yes they would be opening at noon. Drove for 30 minutes to get there through all sorts of road types and conditions. Nobody there. Call back and was told that they changed their mind due to the bad road conditions. Again, I just spent 30 minutes driving there with no problems in those "bad" road conditions. They branch employees where just being lazy and wanted to make it a four day weekend. They have have a very poor understand of customer service and no work ethic.

It’s very important to have accurate information especially when handling things as important as peoples finances! Could save much time and energy. Mr. Kevin and Mrs.Lorna were professional, hospitable and easy to work with! Ask for them if possible

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the services provided by the Hope Credit Union located on I-30.
The manager along with the other two teller staff is inefficient, and lacks professionalism. Today, I stopped by the bank with a friend who has been a long term customer of the bank.
There was no other customer- it took 45 minutes to get cash withdrawn while the staff including the manager made no effort to make the transaction smoother or the experience pleasant.
Hope Credit Union- prides itself for being a minority bank. Unfortunately, the experience today leaves a bad taste. I would encourage upper management to review the work ethics of the branch and do intensive staff training.

I always have the worst experience and today I am just done. To dispute a transaction you have to cancel the entire card and I already know how long it takes them to send a new card. I had to call and request a card when my card expired, they didn't automatically send another one. They initially told me it was mailed and I would have it before it was expired. Then I found out that was untrue and to get expedited shipping I would have to pay $25. Every Friday I have to call before they close for them to deposit my mobile deposit. This bank is the WORST

I've banked with them for over 5yrs. Each year the service and staff has downgraded. It's bad enough to deal with the terrible hours, and let's all pray you don't have a lost or stolen card on the weekend or another emergency, you will have to leave a msg and don't be surprised that no one will call you back ever!!! Not even on the following work day. I currently work in MO and AR I travel back and forth and have a resident in each state. I personally choose this bank to be supportive when they visited my church in 2016. I've tried to stay loyal thru the growing process but it's been very hard when they've replaced the old staff with under qualified individuals. Due to their incompetence I will have to take a day off again and make
a 3rd trip back to AR just to order checks( for first time). The 1st time the lady didn't know how to order them and stated her mgr. would call to finish the transition. That was in January and no one called. I came down from MO on 3/10 to try to get checks again. This time another lady stated she was locked out of the system and would call me later to finish the transition. No one has called today. The service given is very unprofessional and the staff is clearly clueless. This location deserves 0 STARS AND ALL NEW STAFF
