Terrible service, systems are down constantly. Absolutely no help from their number online just sends you to a call room. & even after giving account numbers & everything I was told they couldn’t deposit money into my bank account. I would close my account but unfortunately have to wait until their systems are back up.

After buying out Integrity First Bank, they slowly transitioned local branches into Farmers and Merchants, only to turn IFB debit cards off before or during the Black Friday weekend, you know, the busiest shopping weekend all year, even though some of us still have not received replacement cards in the mail yet. Not sure who's bright idea this was, but considering moving my banking services elsewhere now. VERY DISAPPOINTED - VERY POORLY EXECUTED!

The bank is nothing the same now with the name change. I use to count on my direct deposit being on a Thursday night before 9 p.m. Now whenever they feel like it. I'm very disappointed I'll be looking for a new bank.

So disappointed in the response to calls now. Always able in the past to reach a customer service person promptly. After several attempts and a hold for a long time, finally get automated response saying someone will call when available. After a another 10 minute wait I still have not received a call back.

I have no issue with Mtn Home branch. Jonesboro Ar branch will never receive my business especially with the number of family members employed there.
