Best customer service I have ever experienced!!! I had my crossbow explode on opening morning. I waited until they opened on Monday morning to find out that my bow needed to be replaced through the warranty and could take a month or longer. I was saddened by this as I had this 1 week off for the season and I wanted to be able to hunt the time off and by surprise they let me use a crossbow they had available so I could get back in the deer woods. I highly recommend these great people and thank them greatly for putting me back into action.

Absolutely wonderful service, my brother and I come in earlier, and I will be back tomorrow for a purchase. Very pleased with the customer service and the humor in the room gives the place a different feeling.
