Rude window teller and local phone number not local. Call centers answering from the local number wanting to talk with loan officer. Five calls with a call center answering each time only to get hung up on and not have your call transferred to a particular loan officer.

So I haven’t banked with this bank, but I’m still not pleased with how I was treated. I came home this afternoon to a note left on my car from the property management group of this area who said that the manager had complained about my car parked in the parking lot. Mind you, I wake up at 3:45am and meet my fellow coworker in this parking lot, the city mall parking lot, at 4:30am so we can make our 1 hr 30min commute to Waldron for work, but we are always back by 4pm in the afternoon, so the vehicle is not left over night. We selected the farthest parking spot out closest to the road to avoid taking up any spots close to the business and in the 2 years I’ve lived here, this part of the parking lot doesn’t really have many vehicles parked in it very often. The complaint made was that we were taking up an employee’s parking space. There are no signs in this parking lot saying when and where people can park and for how long. No signs that designate employee parking and this is a 24hr parking lot due to planet fitness being in this business outlet. Now we need to find another meeting spot so we can carpool to work at such an early time in the morning. Way to be friendly!!!
Update: I also found out that the vehicle in the picture is the bank manager’s vehicle that complained about my car.

It’s very inconvenient when my husband’s business debit card that he uses very often keeps getting shut off for legitimate transactions.

Daughter spent money on my card somehow, was supposed to be password protected and everything. She spent 150 dollars and when i tried to get it charged back they offered no help. They never offer any help, they are rude, they don't answer their phones, they will not be our bank any longer and if you care about your finances you will not choose to do your banking with them. 12 separate charges, they approved them all without cutting the card off, they asked me if they were legitimate, i said no, and they still refused to charge back a single charge. 50 dollar charge on roblox, and couldn't charge it back. Bad bank. Bad bad bank.

Every time I call (which is rare), the staff are rude. They huff, cut me off, and are short with me. It’s unwarranted and has happened each time I’ve called over the last 5 years. Currently looking into some other banks to possibly bring my business there instead.
