Had an issue with my name being wrong on my debit card. I contacted customer service via the ap since it was over the weekend. The Searcy branch manager took care of my new card quickly and was so nice to deal with. I've never had an issue with my account and always experienced helpful, friendly and professional service each visit.

Called and no one will answer the phone on several occasions. On hold for over 30 minutes. We are trying to close an account due to poor service and this is a prime example! High fees apply and constantly depositing money in wrong accounts. Use First Community! They are the best!

I was just stopping it to cash my check. My job uses Simmon's Bank and this branch was super nice. So nice that I am considering this as a place to open an account at, I been shopping around banks. This is a possibility.

i have called and called and told about six different people that there are fraud charges on my account, even cancelled my card, yet they are still letting these fraud charges happen on my account. i took all of my money out of my account so i was at $0, yet they still let a $15 charge process through so now i am going to once again have to pay nearly $50 in overdraft AND get my account back to no negative just so i can cancel my account. i recommend this bank to nobody except the people who like to lose money. they don’t care about any of their customers, and every time i have talked to a person, whether it is on the phone or in person, they have been EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. like overly rude to me. i was told straight up that they do not believe that the charges are fraud, and they won’t do anything about it. this bank only cares about making money, not their customers. if i could give ZERO STARS, i would, but google won’t let me do that, so one star it is, even though they DO NOT DESERVE IT. hate this place and i am switching banks ASAP.

I've been really happy with this bank for several years, but in the last year or so, transactions take sometimes over a week to process, don't show up in your pending transactions and then you get multiple overdraft fees they will not remove. All those lingering fees process at once and if your don't catch it the day they process you overdraft for each one. Do not recommend, switching banks as soon as possible.
