Been with this bank since 2007 or so & even stayed with them when I moved all the way to Tulsa twice. I have recommended several people to this bank because of how awesome they are!bhoawesome they've been

Honestly this was the last straw with this bank I’m done. I pulled in to the drive thru this morning just trying to get some money and ask a few questions, I totally understand that it’s a holiday weekend and that they would probably be busy but I mean there were literally three other cars there and it took 10 minutes to even acknowledge I was there and they had two women working the drive-thru. When the woman talked to me she wasn’t very nice and just bluntly asked me what I needed ( I will 9/10 go to gentry bank because my family always goes there and I see why now) which honestly is no big deal but when you’re used to the “how are you today! Got any big plans for the holiday” and get greeted with a “Hi. What do you need?” Is a little different but when I told her what I was there for and that I had a few questions she kept mixing my account and my brothers account together and she said since “you have an overdraft I can’t do any of this.” I tried explain nicely to her that that was my brothers account and they’ve been mixed up before but that’s fine. I started to tell her my account numbers (which honestly think is so unprofessional that she wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and that she could have literally looked at the names. We have the same entitles and last name and that is it.) and she interrupted me and said (we’ll right here it says it’s your account so I’m sorry but I can’t help you.” And then sent my cards back and told me to “Have a nice day.” And before I could get a sound out she cut the camera off and walked in to the lobby. I’ve been having trouble with my online banking and being told I have overdrafts when I know for a fact I couldn’t have. So thank you to the very rude lady working the drive thru this morning I’m official done with grand savings bank period.

Nothing but great things to say about Grand Savings Bank Siloam and their team! Appreciate not having to fight the lines and everyone there is so helpful and nice! Highly recommend!
