I love these people. I was so intimidated with my first car buying experience and they were willing to walk me through the whole process and show me what to expect. Carrie is like my new bff- she was/is SO helpful. She even helped by showing me vehicles that would meet their approval standards to make the process faster!

This location has some of the laziest management and employees I have ever experienced. I cannot count on my fingers the amount of times I have gone to pay a loan payment at this location and either been denied for some ridiculous minuscule reason or arrived during posted hours to find that no one was there that day. Just yesterday I went to pay a payment and they were closed. The previous day the roads were icy but that day they we’re absolutely fine. Clearly laziness and excuses on the part of employees and management. But if you can bear it then at least you get good rates.

We are super pleased to have our account with Unify! Breanna Kingsbury was incredibly efficient with our car loan! She took such good care of us, any questions we had she took care of. The dealership was trying to pull our credit twice and she took care of it! Thank you so much Breanna! She’s super informative and extremely knowledgeable!

Terrible customer service, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive! Bank representative actually told our customer that we should not ask for an account number, when we where paying off that account!! Customer understood and still gave us the account information, to ensure the bank applied the funds and released the title!!!! Again terrible customer service, employees who falsely accuse us of doing anything wrong and slandered our name!!
