The ATM ate my card and they refused to help me out. This was the only card I had I just use their atm, but I bank with Western bank. Their atm froze right when I was putting in my pin and said out of service. They never gave me my card back and I guess it was shredded in machine. I went in bank and they just said sorry we have no way of getting in atm. Even though it was their screw up I am left without a card for a couple days. Would not recommend this bank!!!

Worst bank I could’ve ever came across. Bank account was closed and I wasn’t notified until a few days before it was closed. Also, during the holidays and they didn’t give me a chance to change any of my direct deposits or anything on that account. Washington federal does not care.
