The east branch never answer the phone. It's happen more then once. Different days. Today my card was on fraud alert and I tried to contact someone there. All morning and afternoon, kept calling. Left a voicemail. No call back or at least answer the phone. So I called the west branch which they kinda helped me. But I still had to go in to sign paper work. When I walked in at the east branch there were no customers and workers at their desk. True story. So what's going on, why isnt anyone answering the phone? The fruad person still took money from my account. Another day, I went thru the drive thru, I already put my card and slip thru that air tub. I sat there for 30 mins. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited. I just mentioned it to the lady I was waiting for 30 mins. She was a bit rude and told me next time come in. I thought why is the drive thru open if there's going to be attitude about the drive thru. The east branch was never like this.

Pros: Has more to offer than most Banks. Workers are friendly, but thats the case 99% of the places around here.
Cons: Only open Buisness hours (closed on weekends). Very slow with processing loan applications and will not call to update on status of application or tell you what is needed to get approved. I simply needed a loan to build credit, so I was willing to put the amount of the loan in a holding account until the loan was paid off. I received one phone call only after they saw me walk in and walk out (because I could not wait that long). After that I heard nothing. Wasted over a week. Could have (and will go) somewhere else. Their sloggan talks about being for the people and not for profit. They may not be in Buisness for profit, but I can't see where they are for the people. Another local bank listened to what we wanted to do and said they will walk us through the process of building credit and even volunteered to show us the ends and out of credit karma.

When their "fraud protection" locks up all your money from something that isn't fraud... they are "sorry"... but for 24 hours there just isn't anything they can do... so if all your money is in that account and you use it for food and gas..."sorry" can't get to it.

Because I have been a faithful customer at this faithful CU, these people helped me when I was in a pinch! I appreciate their positive atmosphere and willingness to help out their members. Promt, professional service is what they do!
