Came in on Sunday to get a loan and got a lot of run around, was told to come back on Monday, which I did. This time around was so much better. Elizabeth Munoz helped me the second time around. She was fantastic. The process was fast and easy. She was extremely helpful.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. BEWARE!!! THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY INFO AND BANK ACCOUNT INFO. THAN DISCONNECTED THEIR NUMBER. I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ASAP. ALSO WHEN I CALLED BACK AND ASKED WHY THEY DISCONNECTED THEIR NUMBER AFTER RECEIVING MY BANK INFO I WAS HUNG UP ON. THEY EVEN TRIED TO ACT AS IF THEY HAD MY EMAIL WHEN THEY NEVER GOT FROM ME AT ALL. I ADVISE YOUTO BE CAREFUL IF YOU CALL THEIR LOAN DEPARTMENT. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
