The staff is so friendly. Judy always makes you feel welcome and glad to see you. She remembers facts about you. Truly great customer service. The new guy Nathan was very polite and I loved his bow-tie.

There nothing more to about this location besides Amazing! Judy and Nathan are extremely professional and very nice! I was have it a bad and very stressed out with bills do and walked into there store on a whim and I am so very glad I did! I will definitely be back thanks to them I am a customer for life!!!!

Judy and Nathan at thé lake havasu store are two of the most down to earth kindest people i have met in a very long time. It is depressing and humiliating to be going thru a hard situation like a title loan in the first place but both Nathan and Judy treated me and my daughter so kind and comfortable it made our situation not feel so bad at all. What a great experience here at the check into cash. Was the only place I could cash my second check for whatever reason. Yes it may be a little expensive and my eyes cuz you can check you can cash checks at Smith's for $3 but they were the only ones that could do this particular check. Everything was clean neat professional they were amazing I would recommend them to anyone just know that they're a little bit expensive. Face it promotions approved so

I love this place they are so friendly and kind I especially enjoy doing business with Corey one of the attendants there! Even if they are unable to help you out you never leave angry or upset they make it seem like everything is ok.
