Blanca was extreamly helpful and solved my issue of getting a temporary card because my card got stolen and I had my card frozen to prevent further unauthorized use. She was great and should get a raise. Employees like her are in need and hard to find , Ace checking is lucky to have her!!!!

Hector was very friendly and kind. I came in to cash my escrow refund from my mortgage. Walmart turned me away. I have a SoFi and Current bank account and they are online only. So cashing a check takes a LONG time. It took 10 days for a $400 check to clear to my Current bank account in past. So I didn’t want this much larger check to take even longer. So I looked up a check cashing place and am glad I went here. Hector was welcoming and got the process done. He had to call my mortgage company to verify the check, thankfully it was easy, gave 3 references, gave my employer info and took two photos of me (1 alone and 1 holding the check). A lot of steps and cost $200 to cash. BUT that’s worth it to get done same day, rather than wait a couple weeks for it to clear with online banking. The check originally went to my neighbors house and she was on vacation! So I had to wait a month to get this check. I was done with all the waiting! So thank you Hector. ☺️
