This guy in the morning is VERY rude , he is not doing his job right , and everytime I go to cash my check , he tell me it’s not working !!!! He look black with long hair !!!! I swear to god this guy is making your company lose soooooo much money , also and it looks like he only cash the checks for people when he want to hahahaha very funny dude , everytime I go there I see him sleeping , and I have to keep yelling until he finally come after maybe 30 minutes!!!!!! I mean come on REALLY !!!!!!!! Oh forgot to say ,,, when someone tell him “hi how are you” all he say is “ok” … enjoying having someone like this dude in your company! Idk what to say anymore …

The website is very misleading. It states all you need for a registration loan is verifiable income, an ID, an active bank account, and registration. I went in on 10/27/19 and was rejected due to a credit check that I did not agree to nor was informed of. The website did not mention any credit check and the manager did not have the decency to even explain the application process to me. I believe the manager's name was Danielle and she was not friendly at all. In fact, I feel really bad for her because she looked like she did not want to be there at all. Of course, no customer service was provided, she did not explain the application process, nor notify of the credit check, or even greet me with a smile. Don't believe me? Read the other reviews. Would not recommend.

I tried to send money Western Union, Daniel was rude, she asked probing questions not required by law and denied my request to send money to a friend. Horrible customer service, I was treated like a second class citizen. Daniel should be fired and walked out of the building immediately. Zero stars for her and her terrible attitude, not even the post office has employees this rude.

I have cashed my check here for almost 3 years, now that I have a new job, I have direct deposit. Recently my job accidentally took out money from my check & rein-versed me with a paper check, well of course im going to return to my normal check cashing place. Its always a long wait, because the store is short staffed. Once it was my turn i went up to the window, tore off my check from the pay stub, signed the back of the check and handed the lady my ID. She looked at the check, looked at me and said she couldnt accept the check. She was unable to verify my check with my job. She treated me like a criminal, like my check was STOLEN! I felt disgusted. I went to FRYS & GOT TREATED BETTER!

I was just trying to send money to Mexico to family and they racially profiled me like I was a criminal sending money to the cartel. I told her I'm a US Veteran its on my ID why would I be involved in fraud? she said you would be surprised. Then she calls Western Union to confirm what I was telling her was the truth because she thought I was making stuff up. Western Union confirmed to her that you can only pick up money at a limit of 750US dollars in Guasave, Sinaloa. After she confirmed she felt dumb I was telling the truth so she apologized and she still treated us like criminals. She requested all of my families ID's. You guys need to work on your judgement skills because they suck.

Rude tone very short he did show me where to go to change my banking information, but I had basically squeeze information out of him on what to do after that. He acted as if I was bothering him because I called and asked how to change my banking information
