I called 5 mins ago and some guy answered the phone with a mouth full of food couldn't understand anything but cash time when I asked him to repeat himself he yelled cash time I advised the agent that I had heard cash time but with a mouth full of food I was confused as to why he was saying cash time when the company's name in Maximum. He hung up in my face afterwards and when I called back it went straight to voicemail. Bad customer service I don't know why the agent didn't want to help or simply repeat himself. I guess the food was more important than servicing customers.. horrible I wouldnt waste my time with this company

I had a great experience with Maximum Title Loans. I got my first title loan with them and I had a very positive experience. They always reminded me when my payments were coming up to help avoid being late. The employees in the Mesa office were upbeat, helpful and made me feel like a welcomed customer. Should I ever need a loan, I'll certainly go back there and I highly recommend others to as well.

The entire experience here was great. Lindsay's customer service and friendliness made everything run smooth. She explained all of the details clearly and concisely. I felt really grateful to have this loan made available to me when I needed it. If you need an Auto Loan put your trust in this company, they will take excellent care for you from start to finish.

Although my experience with staff was easy and pleasant, I have to give a two star rating. I have used Maximum Title Loans twice, and have overpaid both balances to avoid any missed fees or charges. I have made efforts to receive my refunds, over the phone and in person, to no conclusion. Although I've received no tangible response from anyone, nor a refund, I have received plenty of solicitations and calls since then, asking me to come back as a customer. No thanks.
