If fraud ever occurs in your account don't expect your money back they do anything possible to not give you that money back even if it was fraud or stolen funds this is the worse Bank to help you with any criminal record or fraud or stolen funds from your account
Also people working in this branch do not help the situation they lie to upper customer service that they're doing everything they can whether or not doing not even calling you about the case you have to be the one calling everyday about it they will not call you to resolve anything
and also them very noisy with personal life of people's account

Very unhappy recently with this bank. I go in every month at least to do basic transactions. Make deposits and get change. I was there this last week to make change same as I have for 2 years. I waited in line an uncomfortable amount of time. When finally a teller (Norma I believe) called me up. I let her know I just wanted some change. She said I would have to make a deposit. I said that was ok I understand if they needed a transaction. I provided the account number and debit card. She asked for ID which I provided. And even asked for my social. She told me I wasn't on the account and could not deposit or provide change. "Since when does somebody have to be on an account to deposit, especially having all the identifications and same name as the account holder" she it was policy now. She was especially rude and difficult for a situation that did not require any of that. I am writing directly to the bank because not only are they losing my account my family is already looking at changing banks for that account. I hope someone reviews the video of the situation and goes over it with the employee. Terrible costumer service on her part and unnecessarily difficult. I am thinking it was more of a personal issue of hers and hopefully the situation will remind her how not to treat people.

I had 600 dollars of fraudulent charges placed on my account, I called the fraud department within 2 minutes of the charges posting, I called and cancelled my debit card, within 4 minutes, and I WENT to my local branch within 30 minutes. After all this, I had to call customer service, 800 number, the next day and go through the process again. I was asked if I had reported this already, seriously I was asked!! I was then asked if I had reached out to the company the fraudulent charges had been made to. They then passed me on to another "customer service" rep, and again, I was asked if this had been reported. Any ways, I have still not recuperated my money, I doubt I will, but I will be leaving this HORRIBLE bank very soon. This is the worse bank I've ever dealt with in my life.

This bank is not known for their customer service. Truthfully, it's only one of your representatives I have a problem with and if I'm not mistaken she's one of your personal banker(s). I sure hope you will take care of this matter, so I don't have to face the same problem again or I will be forced to consider my options including leaving the bank and/or closing my accounts.
