Worse service ever, bad attitude, snorkel looks , disrespectful people.

Customer service is good, very friendly. However I don’t like the fact every time I call they don’t have a proper greeting, they answer and say “hello” I feel like I’m calling my mom. Usually businesses have a professional greeting like “ hello, welcome to Aqui Se Puede how can I help u?” The process was quick and easy but I also didn’t like that she had all my information and she heard me on a call with my husband asking for the registration and proceeded to ask if the “car was actually mine”. I guess she found it odd that I didn’t know where my registration was but everything I had given her was under my name. Over all I’m satisfied just wish they maintained a bit more professional since it’s not like I call once I’ve called like 5 times to make my payments and it’s always the same thing. Overall Thank you to the location on Thomas and 35th.
