Be careful with false advertisement from there Customer Service call center & Online & Phone calls. No communication with one another. Making you the customer look STUPID after there offer. "Congratulations you have been pre-approved for more money"! They don't updated you with the restrictions, once you have processed your loan amount. Be sure to get the full411 from the person that is giving you the the new loan, if they don't know they need to go and get that information from their manager. I hope y'all update your process so that it's efficiently working for the company and your customers.

Jennifer assisted are the front office and she was the sweetest over the phone when I was needing help with my online application. Her customer service was the best I’ve had in awhile. Gilbert was so helpful as well! I spoke to him over the phone as well while Jennifer was on lunch and he further assisted me with uploading my documents. When I went in person to pick up my check both were there with great attitudes, smiles and speedy assistance. I always go to this store every time I need a loan and all the employees have always been so kind. As a single mom on hard times right now I really appreciate them. Thank you Cash a Time Camelback location, I recommend your offices to the highest.
