Predatory lending at it's finest!! I was happy to pay 37% interest compounded by the minute, with the minimum of 400% extra on every hundred lent. So, a 300$ loan will Cost $1200. A great deal for All parties. I lay brick for a Living. These guys work hard for their money! True Americans built on the backs of the uninformed. NoW my truck is gone but I got What. I need for the weekend.

It was hella quick. I called to determine the documents needed. Less paperwork than I thought! Rep Aylin was very professional and thorough. She worked quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't get approved for what I was looking for but it was an awesome experience and I will come back and use this service again if only for the Customer Support. Thanks Again Aylin! You were superb.

Arlene was very friendly and extremely helpful. She had a lot of patients with helping me call my bank to reset my password and create my new gmail account. She made my wife and I feel very comfortable I will HIGHLY recommend family and friends to ask for her. Great customer service skills and out going she deserves 10+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m giving this store a 1 start at this time. I’ve been getting lona with cash time for about 2 years now. Never had any issue receiving my money when a loan was taken nor getting anything in the mail or a call when the loan was due. Now I’ve recently paid my loan off again but this time with a dealership due to selling my car. They overpaid the loan payoff but also cashtime still pulled a payment from my account when I had already notified this to be paid by a dealership. At this point they owe me almost $300. I’ve called since the beginning of September about this. I was hung up on and given an attitude for calling so much to see where the check was and if there was any way for me to pick up a check from their office. I was first told a date of September 30th the check was sent and I was told by two other agents this. It’s not October 19th. And I’ve called to speak with a young women by the name of Joseln/yoseln who was being helped by a manager by the name of Marible who was first telling me there is nothing they can do because it’s been sent out by regular mail and also advised me they didn’t send it now till October 2nd. I was told to reach out to the USPS to see if they had it, mind you there was no tracking number and mail gets lost all the time. After pushing back for a little I was then told they will call there people who issue checks to see if it’s been cashed and they will get back to me. At this point I feel my money is being held and there is nothing they are doing to try and help me get it. I’ve worked for a bank for 8 years and I’ve never told a customer there is nun we can do after it’s been more then 10 biz days since the check has been sent. This need to be addressed and handled correctly. This is unacceptable and illegal for you guys not to pay people what you guys owe them.

Arlene was very professional & personable! This was a fast & much simpler process than I'd imagined. I'd highly recommend Cash Time. 5 Stars is the least I could rate it but they deserve a much higher rating. Thank you all so much for a great first experience!
