Had such a wonderful experience today working with Jose. He’s extremely polite and patient. And his customer service is always amazing when I go in. He’s very helpful in recommending other benefits and resources the company offers that could benefit me. I go back to Ace because of Jose and because he makes me feel like everything is always taken care of.

After being ACE/NETSPEND &/or FLARE cardholers for 10+years we are and have always been for the most part very pleased/satisfied with our banking experiences. Today started off a horrible day. After attempting to withdraw of a significant amount of money, we were told that the system was down. We could either come back later and try again or go to another ATM. I went to another ATM and made my withdraw there. Imagine waking up in the morning only to discover that despite having been declined access to my money the firstime because of the system being down, the monies nonetheless still were taken out of my account. Not good. Fast forwarding after being advised by the bank to go back to the ACE I explained there to customer service what had happened.
"Christine" listened, explained to me the procedures on getting this resolved. This wasn't so easy at all. I became very discouraged as the month before we had just been victims of hackers for which it seemed forever to receive our monies back. Today Christine took the time to help us fix this current situation. Her care to our dilemma spoke volumes to us. She reached out, emailed and called around talking to several people finally being given the authorization to refund us our monies Christine took the time to help us fix this. Her care to us who were strangers spoke volumes to me. I hate to say this but many times customer service agent's "following protocol" can seem or come across being insensitive and time consuming. I don't mean to rattle on and on but this incident was very stressful. I just want to emphasize how much Christine strived to help correct this error. The bonus here is that she multi tasked tending to her other customers while we waited and without making us seem like we were a thorn on her side. So thank you ACE/ FLARE, but SPECIAL thanks to Ms. Christine who got the job done! Respectfully yours, Sterling Grandberry

I had never been to an Ace Cash Express location and I needed to cash my check so I went online and searched for a place to cash my check well ace cash express was the first one to show. At first I was skeptical because I had never been there and then I read all the reviews they had and one name kept standing out from the rest Jose G. I decided to take a leap of faith and I went, as soon as I walked in first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of this establishment as I approached to window a gentlemen said welcome to ace cash express my name is José and said how can I help you long story short he cashed my check and was very educated, professional, and friendly. I can assure you I will be coming back to cash my checks there. I appreciate you, Jose, for your outstanding service. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
