I initially went to the store on the south side the first time the service was whatever not the best but also not the worst. The second time I came in was to change my due date when I was in the store the girls refused to help saying I needed additional documents, when I called I was never told this. And I called because I’m 30 min away.I left because i over heard the girls talking about my hair and talking about their customers like they were in high school. I never want to step foot in this place due to the harassment the own employees put me thru. The manager called me back and apologized and finished helping me. But today I’m having to deal with them again, and they refuse to help. They placed some notes that I’m not sure what it is but everyone hangs up on me when I call, put me in long holes without notification, and they say they can’t help with my loan because it just started now no one knows what happened to my payments since only one is coming up!! Save your peace and go somewhere else!!! Golf links and kolb plaza has 2 places that can help with the same thing and offers great customer care

This is place is dirty they charge double the amount that was agreed too and when trying to resolve the issue they deny corporate number. So don’t come help for a loan cause they’ll do you dirty

Cassy was rude and had a tone in her voice like she didn't even wanna be at work today. I asked her questions and instead of trying to get the right answers she said she didn't know or try to shut down the conversation, I didn't feel confident at all dealing with her , then when I asked to talk to her manager she asked why then acted like she couldn't hear me for 2 minutes , I said hello I can hear u typing , still nothing , then I said what's your name , she said I'm connecting you to my manager and just basically hung up on me (transferred the call) why couldn't she be a friendly customer service representative in the first place? People go to this place for help no to get their day ruined by someone who doesn't wanna be at work. Other then that everyone I have spoken to is respectful and friendly and they get you the cash u need!!! Definitely recommended 👍
