When I went in to cash a check. They copied my ID and left it on the copier. When I noticed I called them and they said they would keep it for me. When I went in the next day to get it, they had lost it. I was asked to come back another day as it was Saturday. I did as requested but when I came back, none knew anything about my situation and then the agent got ride to me.... Horrible customer service...

I'm surprised, it's the worst place. enter to send a money. They did not welcome me. I asked if they spoke Spanish and they said no. with a horrible and racist gesture. I tried to communicate with her in English, and she seemed to show no interest. I do not try to be empathetic with me. I was a customer. He deserved dignified treatment. people like her should not work giving a service to people. or he does not like his work. do not go there I better went to check cashers. as I always go. and if they are friendly, be the person that is.

I applied online, spent 15 minutes filling out all the employment info, bank info, references, etc.
Then uploaded my ID, car registration, check stub, and also my bank info. Agreed to sign electronically, and at the end it said someone from the 1rst Avenue office would be calling me. I waited 2 1/2 hours, no call, so I called them, very unfriendly, the girl had an attitude and was rude, told me I had to come in with all the info I’d already submitted online, when I asked questions she acted put out. So I told her thanks anyway I’d go somewhere else.

No good agent or management that was working with me. Just imagine if it was you when she ask a lot questions about my referal if he had another loan with other loan center. Oh let me tell you something you can have as many loan as you can have on your registration. So i am concern about how did i got that low score she was running on my refferal friend but we just got approve by title max. What kind

I went in to try and get a loan and they had horrible customer service, did not greet me, and they clearly do not care about their customers. While I was in there for the short amount of time 2 people walked in as was told rudely to have a seat . I got approved for the loan but no what I was asking for. So I went Fast auto loan and they are great!! Do not go to this checkmate location or any of them. Very disappointed with their service.

Awesome business. I've been going here for aomg time. Each visit is a great one. April and Sierra always have a smile and great attitudes with me and other customers I have seen in there. Always helpful! Great job keep it up!!!
