Extremely rude, disorganized, no communication, unprofessional, not secure with your personal information (which is scary),will tell you one thing and immediately backtrack their lies. They dont even deserve one star. Run as fast and far as you can!!

This is a great group! Christian is very helpful and patient as he helps you to understand all the details of the loan process through every step. The staff makes you feel welcomed and Brandy, the manager is present and friendly and leads a good team!

I got a loan with one main about 4-5 years ago and have been paying with no issues. Recently I had to reach out to this branch about a payment and some miscommunication happened during the week. Nicole and I spoke to clarify it this week. She raised her voice and spoke to me as if I was being rude or had escalated it. She was telling me that they respond through phone calls instead of emails but in an upset tone as if I was being unreasonable.. I had reached out to them both over the phone and email last week. She said she was trying to get a hold of me and I had explained to her that I told someone else at her office my new contact info because every time I reached out she was busy or out of office. I also added my new phone number on the emails but I couldn't get many words in to explain all of this to her. The entire time she spoke over me kept repeating herself and disregarding anything I said so at the end I stayed quiet. Kept saying I advised certain things but the whole thing was just miscommunication. She made it sound as if it was my fault and became defensive when I just wanted to figure things out. I had to call back to make sure I sent in the correct forms the other employee said she knew about the current situation and the miscomunication that happened I was embarrassed to speak about it because I know everyone in the office heard her talk to me. It was unexpected and upsetting after many years with one main. I hope to finish paying off the loan without having to talk to them again.

I’m not one for doing things online or over the phone so I went in they were very courteous and helpful and it didn’t take long to get approved, my only complaint is I recommended my sister and brother-in-law go in and talk to them and they were told we only do it online, well it doesn’t say that on there website , it gives you 3 options, I’m disappointed they were told to go online , if I didn’t know better I’d say the staff today just didn’t want to deal with the public coming in cuz it’s winter and Covid , well not everyone has a fax machine and me personally I prefer to talk to someone face to face , would of given 5 stars but 3 for sending them home to get online 😕
