My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Rosa and her team. Rosa was so patient with me and never once got an attitude or treated me nasty when I got frustrated, not understand where numbers were coming from. That to me showed alot of her character and her skill to communicate correctly to assess the problem. Even after closing on our home I am able to reach out and get a quick response and its made me feel so relieved to know I don't have to fight to get questions answered.
