They are quick to help you with a loan, but there is no flexibility when it comes to payments. They are the only place throughout the pandemic that did not offer to work with customers and their payments. I made every payment on time and was even ahead by about half a payment. The pandemic and inflation affected my ability to make the monthly payments so I fell behind by half a payment and was called at least once daily, sometimes 2 or even 3 times a day. Their reasoning is they loaned me a lot of money. Yes, they did, which half of every payment made they were collecting in interest, had my car as collateral, and were even getting an extra $15 a month tacked on since I fell behind. I received a notice to pay in full within 15 days from the notice. I called to pay half the total balance and schedule half of the payment for 2 weeks out, my next paycheck. That exceeded their 15 day limit by 2 days and they were unable to schedule the automatic withdrawal from my account to put me back in good standing. I would not recommend them to anyone unless they have no other options.
I have already had this conversation multiple times. I have asked if there is anyway to temporarily cut my payments in half and extend the length of the loan, which ultimately you would profit off of more in the end... and no. I tried to schedule a payment to get caught up only 2 days after the 15 day time frame and that is unacceptable and my car will be put on the repo list. I have always made my payments, for everything, not just this loan. I had 100% payment history until recently. I have a credible full time job on Edward's AFB... but none of that matters. I have never met a company so heartless.
