Zero Stars! I cannot complain enough. Absolutely the WORST mortgage servicing company I have ever dealt with. It took them 2 months to buy out my old mortgage during which time no one could tell me what was going on. Once they got my info, they treated me poorly and their communication never improved. I paid 3 months worth of mortgage payments to make up for their incompetence and I still can't find an accurate balance on my mortgage. Their website is just as bad: outdated, not user friendly and can't show you your balance in real time. Finally, I requested a loan payoff and am still waiting. If they stay true to form, it will take weeks and several phone calls before I get the info I need. Stay away, if possible!!!

WORST company EVER!!! My loan was recently sold to them and I was in the middle of getting a loan modification from my prior Mortgage Company due to me being hospitalized Covid. I had to completely start over again with the loan modification process what this company and the numbers they came back with were outrageous. I could not afford what they were wanting for new payments and something called a good faith payment. I left several messages asking the person who handles my account to give me a call back as there was a deadline to accept the loan modification trial plan. I did not hear back from him for two weeks and now only had a week left before the deadline. I tried to talk to the person that was handling my account about this and all he said was "well that's too bad but that's what we can do." He didn't care at all that I was in jeopardy of losing my house. And when I was starting to get upset because he wasn't listening to me and couldn't give me any other options or help me out he told me he was going to hang up. This company does not care about their Borrowers or their situations at all. When I said that I no longer wanted to deal with him and that I would like to speak to someone else he laughed and said I could leave a message for his supervisor. I'm completely at a loss now as I'm probably going to lose my home because of this company and their unwillingness to assist me in my hardship.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. How this company is not labeled a housing lending scam is beyond me. Letters that are dated 2 weeks+ before you get them in the mail. Every letter you get says you are in default, even when you have records of payments. They always say your payment is "Unapplied" online until you call to get you to make another payment. Unable to reach anyone by phone on the first try. Does not understand that my home is a single family home and NOT a condo. Talks to me as if I THE HOME OWNER LIVING IN THE HOME does not know what type of house I live in, even when there is google maps street view and satellite view that can clearly show them. Google should make it possible to leave 0 starts because 1 star implies there's a CHANCE that someone would have something good to say about them. I would NEVER recommend anyone use them for their loan origination and heaven help you if your loan gets bought or transferred to them.

I wish there was an option to give a 0-star rating. I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent mortgage servicer since I've had my mortgage. To get a simple billing statement was the equivalent of getting my teeth pulled. If you see this company as your new servicer for your mortgage, be very vigilant in keeping up with your payments, check your portal every single day, and only email correspond if you can to keep a paper trail of interactions. I would even go as far as refinancing or selling your home so you do not have to deal with these people. Good luck.

Mortgage got sold to this company. I have not had one good communication experience with them. They are rude, accusatory and unhelpful in every way imaginable. They will lie and say they don’t have insurance on file and threaten to charge you, regardless of how many times it’s been sent to them by multiple people. They attempted to tell us we were 2 months behind on our payments, NEVER missed a payment. Ever. Not one employee has been kind or even just barely pleasant. All have rude tones, rude comments, and do not help resolve issues at all. I pray interest rates go down soon so we can refinance and be done with them for good. ZERO customer service skills and ZERO account management skills.

Jonas,Manager and her staff are some rude, disrespectful, mean, unprofessional people. My loan was sold and they became the servicer. Out of nowhere my payments increased by 50 dollars. And they said that I had to resign my loan modification. And my payments changed from my original payment. When you ask questions, they are rude, mean and disrespectful
I hate working with this company with a passion, and moreso, the people that work there that don't help you are talk to you like your an animal

We were traded to this company from our previous company. We weren't told when it happened and didn't receive a welcome package until after our first payment was past due.
After trying to pay our original mortgage they informed us that we were sold to SN. We called and got the info we needed and went on their website where it said we had $0 due. We called to be sure that was correct and the guy on the phone told us they gave us a month off. We used that money to help catch up on other bills. When we made our payment the following month we were informed we were a month behind and would need to be put on a payment plan to catch up. We live paycheck to paycheck so this really hurt us. We have been running up our credit cards and have ruined our credit score just to catch up. It'll take us years to recover. We never had a single problem with a mortgage company before this one. And we are stuck here unless we are willing to give up our good interest rate.

Just like everyone else has mentioned, this company is deplorable. Completely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. If you happen to have Derek DiSarro, run for the hills and immediately request a new account rep. I cannot wait until my family no longer has to deal with such a HORRIBLE company. How are they still in business? Even the BBB gives them a grade of "F!!!"
