Bad customer services. They charge un necessary fees in which no others financial institutions do that. When the loan is paid off. They record to three major credit bureaus as “accounts closed”. Not “paid in full”.

I Absolutely will never do another loan with this company again. The people you talk to about paying your bill are absolutely rude/ horrible, one of them literally screamed in my face, to my knowledge his name is Gabe. I Have only met one good person their in my whole 2 years financing with them her name was Grace i recommend her if you have to deal with this horrible place. When you talk to them at this location they blame everything on their corporate location. I am currently dealing with a total loss threw this company for my car my agent is now Patricia B. For 2 months now i have been stuck in the same claim with them. Agents call me monthly harassing me about my loan but have no information on my claim, and say they mail is delayed do too COVID in Fresno. With the knowledge that the mail is delayed they should give clients extra time without penalty, instead they threaten of ruining your credit. This company also didn't give out financial assistance with loans during COVID they let you defer 1 payment with adding 200$ on the back of your loan. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only good this this company has is Grace for actually caring about her clients. They need to go back over who they hired to be on the phone collecting payments, because had it been in person being spoken to this way serious issued would have occurred. I am HR of a company and well all deserve respect. When I am done with my claim I will posts how long the process was and more details.

whoever sal is in these reviews must be from another planet. This is by far the worst place i have ever dealt with in my life, worse than the IRS and the DMV combined. Saying my ACH payments came back as insufficient funds, when i had funds in there. I cant wait until I can refinance with another company. One day you will suffer the wrath for all the problems you have caused your customers.

Only Bank that was willing to do a car loan for me. I dont know where all the negativity comments are coming from but the staff seems pretty attentive over the phone. Billing does bug me cause I have to call every month but, thats no biggy.

Paid off my loan two months ago and they never released my title. Had to call them again to get it released. Person I talked to blamed her manager. Manager blamed the Fresno office. Poorly run operation with no one wanting to be held accountable.
