Only company to approve me at the time for a car loan, albeit, high interest. Ultimately refinanced with capital one for a much better offer. The process overall was great with them but as soon as my credit got better I got the heck outta dodge!

I paid a down payment, made payments on my vehicle loan, and a month later, I am receiving notices that my credit application was not approved. This company operates with unethical business practices and I would avoid doing business with them.

I would not recommend it to a friend! I paid off my vehicle and they will not release the title for three weeks. They will not take wire transfer payoffs. Just hard to work with. Also note our dealer said the loan was with NASA FCU. I guess lentegrity a subcontractor.

Horrible customer service, they gave you the round a round when they owe you money, taking legal action against them..

Very confusing system. They don't allow you to make a payment and set up automatic payments. You have to make the payment, then come back a few days later, log-in to their app, then set up payment. "Is there an easier way?" I asked. "Sure!" they said. "We'll send you an email... And that will take 24 hours to reach you."
What a stupid waste of the customer's time.

This company is TRASH ! Do not and I mean under any Circumstances get a car loan through THIS COMPANY “ LENTEGRITY” I have had so many problems regarding my moms car loan who became Deceased ! All I wanted was to talk to a supervisor or manager to ask more questions about the transferring of the title! I’ve been told different things by customer service on how to handle this issue and none of them seem pretty clear on WHAT TO DO ! they keep telling me a manager or supervisor will call me back but I never received a call back and it’s been over a week now every time I call I get shunned! I just got off the phone with Desirae and she was rude and nasty kept cutting me off saying her supervisor or manager would give me a call back and I have to wait because I didn’t allow enough time for them to call me back when in fact it’s been over a week now and still no call back ! it’s like their managers or supervisors don’t Exist and their customer service skills are Horrible do not under any circumstances get a car from them they have no idea what they are doing! And they don’t know how to deal with a loan in the event of a death properly! I would give them no stars if I could

Let me start by saying I’ve had somewhat good experiences with the customer service reps here..most of the time it’s the same rep, Desirae. But recently I’ve been trying to get rid of the vehicle due to it becoming too expensive with the loan and interest rate they’ve given. Feels like it be been paying for 3 years and still interest is compiling through the roof with them.
When I purchased the vehicle it came with a false car fax report and Experian report stating the vehicle has been in 0 accidents. Fast forward to 3 1/2 years and I find out by running the vin number that this car has a “clean” title but sever structural damage from a car crash back in 2019. (FEW months prior to me buying the vehicle from Premium Autos in a corona, CA)
The call from a supervisor or employee named Stephanie (which she wouldn’t give her last name cause she was being rude and disrespectful the whole phone call) decided to ignore any of my concerns during the call regarding my options of voluntary surrender, she just kept saying mhmmm mhmmm mhmmm yeah mhmmmm mhmmm yeah and then responding with a condescending tone stating they didn’t sell me the car they just approved the loan.
Meanwhile since 2019, I’ve been paying for a car that isn’t worth $1500 according to buyers due to the damage reported and they’re trying to tell me I have to pay the 13K left on the loan after I give it up? What a joke! They pocket off of young customers (which I was at the time) and don’t give a F bout you! 2016 car and I’m paying upwards of $400/month when I had/haveexcellent credit and put a down payment at the time of signing with a co-signor.
Run far away if you ever get a soft or hard pull from Lentegrity. They don’t care the car been in severe accident or has a salvage title, they won’t inform you if the dealer has already gave them their word saying they buyer knows. They are committing fraud just as the dealer is committing fraud. Stephanie this review is for you and your bad attitude and disrespectful tone during our phone call. I can’t wait to hear the response
