Please be careful when giving this loan company your bank information. You can easily get approved for the loan but they will give you a payment schedule and they will not follow their own payment Schedule. My goal is to pay them off before August and I'm about to make that happen.

I assisted my husband with getting a loan with RSVP loans and the first time that I called on behalf of my husband I was told that they needed his consent to speak with me so at the time my husband was home and I handed him the phone and he gave his consent to speak with me in regards to the loan. I had spoke with multiple agents after that consent was given in regards to pushing a payment due date back. Well this latest time that I called I was told for the first time ever that the verbal consent is only good for one time and that written consent is needed to be sent in for them to continue speaking with. Really terrible customer service as my husband works in areas where doesn't have the greatest cell phone service and he doesn't get done with work until well after RSVP loans is closed, and besides the fact that I am in charge of finances in the home. I was never told that verbal consent is only good for one time or that written consent was needed for me to continue calling on my husband's behalf. In my opinion verbal consent is way better than written consent as anybody could write out a written consent and send it in. If you are married and your spouse deals with finances and are planning on contacting in regards to the loan then don't go with RSVP loans.

BEWARE!!!!! My daughter took out a loan with this lender. I decided to pay off her loan once I saw the ridiculously high interest rate. I paid it off in Sept. 2021. They would not take a credit card for payment and told me I had to use a debit card....Red flag #1. I used my debit card and paid off the loan. In November 2021 this lender took $244 out of my bank account twice using my debit card. When I phoned them to have my money put back into my account, the representative I spoke with was very rude and spoke as if she was angry with me for calling. She told me I had to email them my bank statement in order for them to put the money back in my account...Red flag #2. I called my bank and they took care of it.

BEWARE!!! A$2,000.00 loan is costing almost $9,000 to repay. They also take 3 payments a month whenever they feel like it, without advanced warning. Customer Service is EXTREMELY RUDE and you can forget getting replies through email. I've already paid $7,062.80 and still have 3 months to go. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I wish I never would have borrowed from this company. They are terrible and rude. They refuse to work with you even when you try to tell them you are willing to work.with them to pay them. Stay away from these people as they are predators that do not care about you as a person. An absolute terrible terrible company and even worse people.

I have had RSVP in the past and paid off my account.....I am going on vacation in a couple of weeks and was needing extra money for the vacation...they send an invitation email for a loan...I really didn't think I would get it but I filled out the information. To my surprise...the full amount of what I asked for was approved...now I'm really looking forward to my birthday vacation...Thanks so much RSVP

If I would give less than one star I wouild I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated when calling in because my funds were not received by 5pm. When I stated I spoke to someone at 3pm I was basically told I was lying because there weren't any notes from the last call.
While my funding finally happened about 3 hours after that, this has left me very disappointed in the customer service they provided. Once I have this loan paid off I will not use or recommend this company to anyone. I will tell them to avoid them at all costs.

Signed up for a loan and tried to make a payment on their website. There was no option to make any payments when I logged in. I called to make an additional payment via debit card and they told me it would take 1-3 days to process. Debit card transactions are instant… anyways.. my balance continues to go up each day the payment doesn’t get processed because of the insane interest rate. This loan provider is extremely unprofessional and their website is not user friendly at all.
