Ms. Sheila was absolutely amazing, she was professional, prompt, responsive, answered all of our questions and was truly an all around pleasure to talk to. When she couldn't speak with is Theresa did her best to answer our questions as weIl.

I just recently got my second loan from One Main. Michael was the person that assisted me in the process, it was super easy, and he is super helpful and responsive. He is always on top of things. totally recommend this place

Before I start laying down the proverbial 'meat' of my review/critique/feedback/testimoney, I'd like to state that I was not asked to do this review of my experience, nor did they request that I leave feedback for public consumption after I applied--and was approved and funded--for a personal loan with OneMain, by anyone with the company.
There are not enough positive things to say about my experience with their reps/cust svc agents. I was referred to this company because another lending organization approved me and then denied me because my credit score changed more than 25 pts bergen the time they approved me and I accepted 5 days later... thats another story. OneMain asked for my details, e.g.: proof of employment/income/bank statements etc and started their review.
Just a note: I have a vehicle repossession on my credit report that is showing as derogatory that was never removed as it was stated it would from the reporting agency. OneMain asked me about this and most lending companies would see this and not even hear what I had to say. OneMain did their due diligence. I have documentation to support everything I told them. They came thru in the clutch.
I was approved and signing the contract the same day and had the funds in my account the next business day.
They were helpful, kind, courteous and I dont know that there was anything they could've done better... besides offering to buy me dinner, idk? Lol.
Definitely 5 stars all around. They helped me out when my first attempt with another well known lending organization was denied.
Definitely recommend OneMain for anyone that needs to look at requesting a personal loan, or any loan for that matter.

Horrible experience. Spent two days uploading documents for a loan. A loan that I was backing up with my car title. I gave them everything short of my blood type and at the very last second they inform me that my unemployment benefits cannot be counted as income. Thanks for nothing.

The talk amongst the branch workers while visiting in person made me realize why it took so long to get a call back. They prioritize higher loans before anything and talk about how to call unsecured loan offers back first esp. if they are higher amounts. Only gave 2 stars because the rep who helped me was not involved in the conversations I overheard. All potential customers should be treated with respect and not given a number based on their loan amount requested. I should have just gone with another bank, to be honest.

Had a secure loan with one main at the sunset branch..I put my truck as collateral. I paid it off the loan .. they released the lean hold and got my new pink slip so I thought everything was good till now.. I'm trying to sell my truck and at dmv it showes they put the lean hold back on it ...and now one main is just giving me the run around giving me different phone numbers so I can resolve it my self but this numbers they give no one answers so now I'm loosing time and money trying to deal with this issue please do your research before you deal with them
