Took a month and 10 days for the old auto loan lender to receive the payoff check. No follow through from my loan officer, no checking in to see after a month if the check had cleared. If I hadn't gotten involved I'd be paying to lenders right now. No call back multiple times from the loan officer OR the supervisor that I asked be involved. As a matter of fact he said he would be handling it himself but still I received calls from the loan officer who I had to bring up to speed myself. Last time I do business with them. So much for customer service. You'd think a local bank would give better service to the members of the community that it represents.

Was informed by PayPal a few days ago that our bank (MCU) is no longer insured by the FDIC and it was deleted from my account. Great way to find out.

Avoid talking to Cinthia not a good customer service. I have checking accounts and loans with other banks and what a difference!

Friendly service... But... Their auto loan program makes no monitary sence. You have to constantly watch out for hidden fees . Coin machine costs money to members? Really? Not making enough? Interest is a bad joke.

This place doesn't care about there customers they only care about how to get your money from you to the bank. Terrible "credit union" it's a bank realistically. your supposed to be a member with a credit union. Here they charge you to talk to a teller. WTF. As soon as I can get there I am closing my account. P.S. mandatory you have $25 in your savings account and if you close before 6 months they take it. Wasn't told that when I signed up. Was supposed to be on e file... Nope been charged $10 a month for the last 3 months even though I've gone in and called and was told the problem had been corrected sir. B.S. avoid this place like the black plague.

Worst bank ever. They do not call or answer calls. Claim payments were not recieved when dropped off at after hours drop box. Reposses cars multiple times with the same claim of non payment. Take days to respond with invoice to begin getting repossesed cars out all the while the dingy repo company they use in Salinas collects daily holding fees. Customer representatives at the bank are rude and not helpful, refuse to give corporate information, all while trying to push you to sign up for a checking account with them. Ruining credit scores, while raking in money. Thats what I call good business practices.

Always responsive, helpful, and kind customer service. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star is that I wish they had more locations. Still, I have savings, bank and car loan accounts with them with no complaints.

Horrible experience. Been trying for over a month to get in contact with someone regarding my auto loan and gap insurance since my car was totaled and still no one has returned any of my voicemails. Avoid doing business at this facility.
