*WARNING*
This particular branch(red bluff CA) must have some of the worst service possible, especially if you are out of state.
I've been trying to get ahold of this branch to claim money (no probate) for my late grandmother and even WITH PROPER PAPER WORK FROM MY ATTORNEY, they still refuse to sign a check for the transfer. "They require you to be here in person."
I live 2000 miles away, have 2 jobs and have had both my attorney and father go down with written consent as well as verbal (being on the phone) and this bank STILL won't release it.
DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK.

Called multiple times no answer. Finally got a hold of someone a lady named Randy she was very rude! She immediately just told me “it’s gonna be awhile we are all busy with customers” I waited on hold. Luckily Ryan helped me and not randy! Ryan was so very nice and helpful!

I called to speak with someone about something concerning on my account. I told the lady that, to which she said with an attitude "We all have customers right now, can you call back or call the 800 number?" I called the 800 number and was politely helped right away. I will be taking my accounts elsewhere asap.

The staff that you see are great and friendly, but the ones that review the accounts are not so great. I don't see how you can close my account with no warning, no explanation, and give no opportunity to get cash from your account before it is closed. Instead you just send my balance in a check that I then have to turn around and cash at your bank. Now I'm left with absolutely no money and no way to buy food for my house or anything for that matter for the next week or two... What a great experience.
