They are absolutely the worst kind of people.. They do not treat you with any type of respect they make it a point to make sure you know they don't care about you and that you need them so so they don't have to show you any respect. They completely lied several times, they were unprofessional the whole time.
I completely hated my entire experience with that company and did not give them my business nor would I recommend them to anybody ever!!
Their representative Ashley was rude and unprofessional the whole time she cost me a lot of money by lying to me and she didn't care when she was called out on it.
I highly recommend you do not do business with this company

I called about a quick loan. I needed additional cash for a down payment that needed to be in my hands when the time to pay occured. I was short cash and could not use any credit to complete the transaction. And my influx of cash was not coming for at least 8 days. I filled out the paper work and waited for my call. I received a call from a young man who was completely rude. I believe he was the branch manager. Customer Service is an art and there are times when people may not feel like being at their job and/or with the people they serve. And it has been a year from hell. However if you are in a management position, you should at least be able to deal with customers that may not be following your program. The loan program he laid out was a smaller percentage rate for attaching the pink slip to my car or paying larger interest without collateral. As he was explaining this to me, I stopped him and said, I would rather do the loan without the collateral, I don't want to put my car in any kind of problematic situation. He immediately got mad and told me that I needed to listen because he was trying to explain my options. I told him I understand my options and I want the higher loan interest, no collateral. I would have the actual funds in 8 days and would pay this loan off in full in 8 days. No harm to me. I can afford the 8 days worth of high interest. I tried to explain to him that I understand how interest works and that I understand my options. He was not hearing it and since I did not wish to continue to listen to him try and convince me to do something I did not want to do all while talking 95 miles a minute he told me I could not have the loan. So there!!! Are you kidding me? I could be on my deathbed and by some miracle a few measley dollars could save me, i would rather die then deal with someone who presumes to basically tell me I am being stupid for not listening to him. I call bull.

This was the experience you wish for! My car took a huge plumit and I couldn’t afford to pay my bills AND pay for my car. I finally decided I had no choice but to look for a loan and found the possibility through One Main. I set the appointment and ended up missing it, due to an unforeseen circumstance, and Amy the branch manager called and was understanding to my situation and scheduled another appointment with me with care. Amy made this process so easy and unloaded such a huge weight off my shoulders! Trust me, I am HUGE on customer service and this was definitely the experience you need, especially in such a stressful situation!
