I am absolutely positive that it is illegal to not disclose the total amount due at repayment.
Don’t get me started on the surprise “small fee” that I didn’t know about or the expense of doing business over the phone instead of in person.
They are not honest in disclosing their fee structure. Even when asked a direct question.

They have little to no... I repeat No customer service skills. The Tellitubby that works there is the rudest! Angelica should not be the face nor the voice for your company. They also need to learn about American with disabilities act.
Furthermore I would not advise anyone 2 get the loans there, the company that carry the loans do not charge fees. All the fees they charge are charged by their establishment.... not the holder of the loans I'd give no starts

I just got off the phone with some female who wouldn't let me talk. Tried to hang up on me twice. I had to ask her if I could ask my question. She wasn't customer friendly at all and kept trying to get me off the phone. When I did get to ask my question she said she wasn't familiar with the website. She told me i could make my payment right then and there with her on the phone. When I told I didn't want to do that she repeated what I said mockingly and tried to hang up on me. I had to yell that I wasn't done with my question and that I couldn't do the payment right now because my money wasn't in the bank yet. I've had nothing but issues with this place. This is my first time using this place and my last time. The first issue was I told them that I wanted to come in and pay on the 8th and I was told that was fine. When I got there on the 8th...I was told that they put the check in the bank. That no one has spoken to me. I just got my accounts all cleared up from that mess and now this issue. Absolutely not the place to go anymore.

I just wanted to share my customer experience. I've been dealing with California Check Cashing for about30 or more years. They've always helped me out when I need to borrow a loan or cash my check before I even had and bake account. The only reason I'm giving them a one right now is because II was on my wayFor a serviceAnd was told I could take care of it over the phone but not told it would cost $55For not doing it in person. I literallyTold the repI was in the parking lotAnd should have been told about the feeSoSave $50 in my pocketBut was not.Always inform Andover inform your customers to keep them happy. One suggestionFor you guys.

What a great place. The people here are extremely nice. They've treated me like gold for many years. I always look forward to going there and seeing the gang. This is the most professional group I've ever worked with. I gladly cash all my checks there and pay a small percentage for the privilege to deal with them. It's also great because I don't have to go to a bank. The store is always impeccably clean and the personnel are always dressed nicely and present themselves professionally at all times. This is truly the best check cashing place in California.

I went in to receive pretty decent amount of money. When finishing up the Asian woman just blurts out “Would you like to donate $20 for the children?” I respond “ Oh no, I don’t have it. No thanks” she then.
Says “Well how much would you like to donate?” I say “None.” And she respond “Oh well not even a dollar? And I had to reiterate to her “I just said no” . That would completely out of line and unprofessional. You don’t try to hound someone into donating money, especially when they already declined. That is harassment at that point and completely unacceptable that woman need to be retrained
